Are You Prepared?
Disaster can strike quickly and without warning, sometimes isolating entire neighborhoods. As Hurricane Katrina reminded us, neighbors may need to rely upon each other and their own resources for several days or even weeks before help arrives.
Our purpose in creating this website is to provide a place for ALL concerned community members to get information on how to prepare for natural or man-made disasters.

7 PM - 8 PM
At the LDS Chapel next to the Draper LDS Temple 1911 E 14100 S DRAPER, UT 84020 (Map)
(Please note that ALL community members are encouraged to attend)
Representatives from local business will be at the LDS Ward building giving out information on freeze dried food storage (food samples will be available), fire preparedness, and emergency generators. Other information may be given as time permits.
The purpose of this night is to inform concerned community members as to what is available to help us prepare for the inevetable emergency or disaster. This meeting is for getting information only, and no orders will be taken on Church grounds.
Natural and man-made disasters can happen any time, and we cannot count on the community or religious institutions to take care of us. The time to prepare is when the harvest is plentiful, so please attend.
